Performance Correlation Program (PERCORP)

Estimate mixing and vaporization efficiencies, predict exit-plane species, and determine film-cooling heat-transfer characteristics.

The Performance Correlation Program (PERCORP) uses known (tested) engine performance to estimate mixing and vaporization efficiencies in liquid rocket engines and provides a simple method of predicting nozzle exit-plane flow constituents and properties. PERCORP accounts for non-equilibrium species resulting from striated flow within the injector core flow, the film cooling flows, and the gas generator exhaust.
